The areas around the Dome have been purchased for the past year and probably provide your best option for cash flowing for 8 years IMO.

Especially the income limits for Freddie Mac HomePossible -- here in the Bay Area a stunningly high percentage of census tracts are "no income limit" census tracts, this link will take you to where you can see what your area looks like.

I wonder at this point if going to apply for another loan, like the one you mentioned with FHA, is gonna do me harm with my previous loan approval from Chase.

My buying criteria is limited and it wouldn't do me any good to be paying on a loan with a bunch of cash in my pocket.
