Seeking experienced members advice for a partnership of beginners
Hello
My name is Alex and I am in a partnership with two individuals that are looking to create a real estate company. We each have had interest in real estate for sometime but now have the availability to do so. We each have read the bigger pockets beginners guide and dome some other research as well. Our goal is to have a steady flow of income that will allows us to flip houses. We are looking to go in partners with someone that flips houses in the state of Texas and we are in California. We are looking to take a loan out and have him refurb the home and sell the house and split 50-50 or close to it. Any input wold be appreciated. Common beginners mistakes in these type of scenarios would be helpful.
