-The property does have back property taxes, so I will need to contact the county assessor to find out information on paying those at/after closing, but I want to use that in negotiations for price/terms, as the taxes are now almost 3 years delinquent and tax foreclosure is coming this November if not paid (in full or in payments, tax assessor will know for sure).For context, its a 2 bed 2 full bath (1/1 each side) just under 1,800 sq ft. total, thinking rent for the larger side would be $1250ish and the smaller side $950ish, purchase price I'm unsure of but I would start at $120k due to burn damage and back taxes.

My girlfriend has a mortgage on a 1 bed 1 bath condo, I share a mortgage for a 3 bed 2 bath house with my brother.

We have 3 bed /2 bath condo that is modern with nice appliances.Besides putting it on Airbnb and letting bookings roll in, how can I reach out to promote this property? 

IMOSpeaking anecdotally here; I had 2 clients this time last year rent out SFR both in Northland, both in Staley HS district. one was a tighter sq foot 3 bed 2 bath traditional split.

Self storage can be great, but super easy to replicate down the street, so tends to get overbuilt.How about looking for an existing rv park?

You'll likely see variation (even within a zip code) based on condition even though all might be 3 bedroom 1 bath homes (as an example).
