Drew - From my perspective would you let a stranger live free there, I assume the answer is no.  

(if not more), and there is a high chance you will drive yourself to fail.I know this coming from a stranger is going to make you throw this warning in the wind and some misteks often people learn the hard way.I am not saying you ARE making a mistake..

Does your contract state that you can invite strangers in to view the property for leasing?

Concerns about finding tenants comfortable renting rooms in same home as strangers?

Asking random stranger who only have part of the facts is dangerous.  

Partnering with strangers on the internet can be tricky.

Would you share a house with a stranger for 13 weeks?

Your lender should be working with you to make the process easy....at least, easy enough that you don't have to go ask strangers what he was even talking about. 

An example would be a former work colleague who has recently retired with a sizable 401(k) and is looking to roll that money into an IRA and use some of it to fund real estate deals.So here's the tipoff: Most legitimate PLs are not out asking complete strangers if they need a loan!
