I'm just getting started in whole waking and I am making assigmenmts for all the parties and wondered if the contracts should be seen or stamped or signed by an official or autorney or entity of some sort. the deal is in kansas city, mo but if anyone from any were can has any idea how this process works that would be great knowledge to. thanks

If it isn't doesn't need a structural computation or engineer stamp, just use a drafter, you don't need an architect for it.

This is why we're moving up, and just happen to be in a really good position to invest (selling our primary residence in FL and netting between $100,000 and $138,000 after realty fees, doc stamps, prorated taxes etc., which we want to use as a cornerstone in our fix-and-flip endeavor).
