i have the originals but theyre all pretty much caved in where the knobs are and full of holes. if the knob holes were in tact i was just going to spray foam in the holes and cover in a sheet of veneer as a durable fix but its not looking that way.

However, the landlords my wife and I have talked to in Mpls have all cut rents, had vacancy go up, and are having struggles with their collections.Majority of our product is in norther suburbs and greater Minnesota where our #s have been solid during the pandemic, but all of a sudden deals are harder and harder to find.
