Only you can answer this b/c of your financesI have asked myself every one of these questions HOPING I could justify doing the same type of deal but so far the #'s have never worked due to the amount of equity needed and the terms/costs involved.

A landlord might appreciate having someone sign a two-year lease for the stability, and be willing to shave a few dollars off each month, or might appreciate getting paid for a couple of months in advance in exchange for a small rent reduction, for example.

However, it was not all peaches and cream, it was more like a huge learning curve but i enjoyed every minute of it!!!!!
