All the wholesalers I have come across just try to rip us off -- and as shown by the companies track record for not falling for traps, we dont take scammers/liars too well.I want to reach and make connections with the cream of the crop wholesalers but just am not sure how...

I would like to put in tile floors but I dont know what I would need to do with the subfloor - would I need to rip out the hardwood and lay some other kind of subfoor?

However, nobody would really know, especially since you are rural.But, as a cautionary tale, we just sold something off River Road near Salinas/Las Palmas/Indian Springs, and MoCo made the seller rip out a finished apartment above the garage to stay within code compliance.I would start the permit process from the very beginning or not at all.

Take a breath, reread this thread and treat people like you want to be treated not like they're there solely to rip you off.

And, if it were me, I wouldn't be willing to give her 60 days to rip the unit apart (she might take "her" kitchen with her!).
