Also it would mean I get a different tenant pool for example travel medical professionals, displaced people due to insurance claims, digital nomads, etc and I really want to expand my knowledge outside of long term tenants and challenge myself to have a diverse portfolio of real estate!

Houston's market is growing rapidly, making it an ideal investment destination.

Tesla's expanding footprint in the area in recent years has made Central Texas a hub for the electric vehicle industry.Examples of the biggest recent projects in the Tesla sphere are: the company itself taking more than 1 million square feet at Kyle/35 Logistics Park; supplier US Farathane Corp. taking an entire 410,000-square-foot building in Georgetown; and Hanwha Advanced Materials LLC building a $100 million, 200,000-square-foot advanced high-tech manufacturing facility near Georgetown.

Hence the post, I want to know what got others to their specialty to help me pick my focus point.I think My end goal is to get to apartments but without exp and outside investors that isn’t feasible.  

As you go up that curve the housing price and rent that it can command start to diverge rapidly.

Might be time to trade or sell this off for more cash flow even though it still appreciating rapidly.
