It's like posting dynamic collateral that doesn't actually reduce the loan balance, not exactly a great deal.When the fed raises rates, they are directly targeting actors like this.

I know for a fact all of this would be stolen the first night working in many areas of the country so the first thing one would need to do is fence it and get security in there  raising the build cost substantially to the end buyer..

@Mary Pastoral- thanks ....I think you will need to use option 1 as the other options dont appear to be viable to raise the capital needed ....consider a conventional loan for the new purchase as the down payment can be as low as 15% of purchase price ....good luck
