Had breakfast with a close friend of mine this morning and I explained that my goal was to eventually have minimum of $5,000 month coming in (after taxes) from rentals in low income / working class neighborhoods.  

Sundays are for Faith, Family, and Fun....Breakfast with the family.

I've considered using something similar to tiny homes for a Bed and Breakfast type business on my 20 acres.

I have a lot of ideas, but think Active Senior Living would be the best fit for the area, or a large Bed and Breakfast.  

Maybe coffee or breakfast sometime soon? 

What I ask in exchange for the ticket is an opportunity to learn something from and network with a more experienced investor either the night before for dinner or breakfast the morning off.

Just had breakfast with an old friend (high school) who has 13 houses, bare commercial land and back taxes.He is negative cash flow but always borrowed his way out of jams with his equity.He is foreclosure close with his property taxes and wants to borrow, pay 9%, to pay 1 year to keep from foreclosure.I told him I would consider buying his tax liens on his free and clear commercial property.

The trick is to do the residence first and then open the business, however, I have also refinanced such properties, a bed and breakfast.

Title companies, foundation repairmen, foreclosure listing services, hard money lenders, etc.On Saturday's we would have a newbie breakfast.

There is a group that meets every Saturday at 9:00, hot breakfast included, at Woodhaven Country Club.
