I don't own in Scranton a lot of properties, But I still think 2K is a bit overpriced Especially if you make your tenants pay utilities, But I might be wrong, just wanna make you aware so you make sure before you go into any deal.

On my property above I'm prep'ing to build a new unit...you could arguably say that changes the nature of the use...and it likely does.

If you do go for a multi family I would make sure you can visit the property when first offering and during construction.

I have had hundreds contact me over the decades pitching properties at crazy prices.

Over these years we have been flipping the property ourselves for Sweat Equity.
