We have house hacked past two years and rented out a room in our house.

The home is in a city called Yuba City which is 40 mins north of Sacramento. 

While I love the brand and have personally used them for the past 7.5 years, the dryer takes FOREVER when doing loads of bedding or towels.

To these responses I just cut/paste the ad narrative into an email reply.

As for managing the property I am moving out of - the place I am moving to is only 15 mins down the road so I am planning to self manage for now.

I've had a similar issue in the past and had to resolve it by phone.
