Just wanted to introduce myself as I have been a long term podcast listener and reader. Wife and I have finally agreed that it’s time to take action. We have house hacked past two years and rented out a room in our house. Now looking into long term rentals. Live in Northern Va, but looking at eastern North Carolina markets. Trying to assemble a team of investor friendly agent possibly in the Craven County area.
