@Justin Lee: I think the other sites typically form a separate LLC with investors, which adds another layer of complexity and more costs.

The middle photo is near the kitchen which was probably not covered by like the rooms were.I'm just not sure what is considered bad and what is fine for rebuff and finish...for a C+ rentalBTW thanks for the help Lee!
