I think metal "copper" sheeting over and below the upper windows would look nice.

Also have looked into RomaTherm on Washington Ave. they do vinyl and metal frames too if needed.

The foundation is also a bit of a concern, as it's secured with wood beams, and those really should be metal or have metal supports attached to them, I would think.Now, we are revisiting the deal.

These items I mentioned are the only real fail-points, since the rest of the heater is essentially just a metal bladder and burner.
