It's a get tough business if you want to survive, nice guys finish last mentality, so take the info of value and ignore everything else. 

They have an employee mentality and used to steady income.

You can maximize income this way....without the risk of tenants trashing the place or filing bankruptcy and squatting for free.People are always asking me what kinds of tenants we get....and they always think the worst because of rooming house mentality.  

How much do you know about this tenant and their mentality?

That being said, the people seemed hard working and friendly and I personally have no issues working with people of this mentality or the challenges that come with it.

Mental slavey is really a sad thing.
