Snow removal is extremely expensive for what it is and you pay for it even if you don't use it or they do a poor job.I have been doing it on a case-by-case basis but it is always a scramble to find someone and many times it ends up just melting away by the afternoon.

We never got a ton of snow around here, and what we did get melted off pretty fast, but yeah the ski areas around here - Ober Gatlinburg, Wolf Laurel, Beech Mtn, Sugar Mountain - would be able to keep snow most of the season without having to make it very often.

Ice melt cable may be neededto avoid ice buildup problems in the winter.Finished ceilings on the bottom of the rafters won't allow needed room for insulation or ventilation.

well same with real estate you FREEZE the capital markets and it becomes cash only and you have a free fall.so unless capital freeze's again a 1% bump in interest while needed to settle in is hardly cause for a melt down.
