Snow Removal for small parks

I feel like I am coming closer and closer to mastering managing small mobile home parks but one of my biggest struggles is snow removal during the Winter time.

Only one of our communities gets real snow but it doesn't snow so often that getting a contract makes sense. Snow removal is extremely expensive for what it is and you pay for it even if you don't use it or they do a poor job.

I have been doing it on a case-by-case basis but it is always a scramble to find someone and many times it ends up just melting away by the afternoon.

I am curious what other suggestions are out there.
