I connected with my "mentor" by typing BiggerPockets.com on my laptop. 

Well, 10 would be nice but even 4 is worth it.  6k/month that you can do from anywhere in the world from your laptop. 

Speedy internet and a really good TV for those who need to view footage would be important, and an Apple TV for easy casting of video from laptop to screen. 

All you really need is a PC or laptop with a web cam.Hope this helps ...

I dont know your forms and mine are on a hard drive on a laptop that crashed a week ago and I dont have them to share, but mine clearly state purchase price, amount of loan being taken over, net to seller, etc.

My roommates don't use the TV, they either brought their own or use a tablet/laptop.

You and your realtor can send web cast invites to your list.I've had success with it as far as those who didn't have time to make it out but had a moment to tune in.My open houses are usually 4 hrs and I would tour the house with my laptop that has a webcam every 30 mins.
