It seems to be emotional work, and an irrational response to people that are suffering from high rents.

The irrational play here is to do anything more than nothing, IMO of course. 

Unless there is a confluence of downturns, real estate won't lose its *** unless lenders are allowed to be or incentivized to be irrationally exuberant.

Yet commerce has been irrationally shut down -almost globally. 

And to insinuate that it's better for the entire country, economy and business to fail is both irrational and shortsighted. 

Consumer confidence is going to be tied to a vaccine, which is somewhere between eight months and five years off, and to Irrational fear that is unrelated to any economic factor of any sort. 

It's irrational to worry about a limb breaking if you're hanging on to the trunk, just like it's irrational to expect you can climb to the highest point on the tree and to the very edge of the limb and that it will never break.

I think we lose focus or have an irrational thought process that a pod cast on BP is more than what it is  Entertainment..

There's a lot of profit to be made off irrational fear.
