Just trying to understand what is practical applying the same to a large RV or boat

I'm struggling to understand some aspects of your response, but it provides some things to think about.

I understand why this is the choice asset for many: they are inexpensive with no barrier & easily financed (easily attainable). 

That way, you have clear evidence if there’s ever a dispute.The the PM open to you talking to the cleaners so you can understand the scope of the job?

I totally understand that it depends but I think what I am looking for is a bit more input and guidance.
