But I just want to mention that I have rented to illegal immigrants that did not speak english, and they were actually pretty good tenants.  

I rent to immigrants I try to go over it so they understand but it’s apparent some don’t get it and many can’t read English so it’s not so good for future use .

Just wondering if there could be any issues with unknowingly renting to illegal immigrants.

@Aurora MartinezI wasn’t aware that you could get a two years tourist visa.I was under the impression that for that length that would be a non immigrant visa that still gives you some work authorization.

I am new immigrant, currently on work permit and soon would get my permanent residence.I have temporary status i cant buy any property easily , but i have some relatives since decades and they have good credit as well , I got an idea that i can use there credit to buy a property and i would take care of all the monthly payments and would take of the property as well .

One woman i know does owner financing for people with bad credit, immigrants, and self employed individuals.

I've had a lot of contact with undocumented immigrants over 10-15 years, and I think it's very fair for you to exclude her income (because who knows if she gets apprehended 2 weeks after move-in).
