I am new immigrant, currently on work permit and soon would get my permanent residence.I have temporary status i cant buy any property easily , but i have some relatives since decades and they have good credit as well , I got an idea that i can use there credit to buy a property and i would take care of all the monthly payments and would take of the property as well . How feasible the idea is ..? And challenges i can face ?
