Just a humble opinion..

We buy and sell 40 plus homes a year in my market in Pittsburgh so this kind of thing happens all over the country and I see this from time to time and it is really a shame and in my humble opinion not a very good way to do business.

@Dennis M. thanks for your kind words lol, for reals man they brainwashed me telling me they were humble people and would pay up when they get a chance, turns out they know the system and now they getting a minimum of 2 more months for free smh, I guess I’ll take this as a learning experience.
