The woman left says she cannot afford to stay alone supporting her children....there is only 2 months left on the lease which we are willing to allow them to walk away from just to be done with the situation but it is becoming extremely heated between the two of them.

I bought it and did a subdivision and put 17 new houses in my back yard, and that land was free.I bought properties where we added baths, added central air, covered the heat to gas, installed new roofs.

The house is all electric and very high efficiency with LED lighting, low flow toilets, brand new heat pump providing heat and air conditioning.The majority of respondents to my renter profile respond that they don't meet the minimum 600 credit score.

still good potential for families looking for a home to rent and prefer more privacy. depending on the home, area ,etc. maybe a better caliber renter and less turnover of you can find a long term renter. make certain to still do background checks and try to get them to maintain the lawn, etc. they should pay electric and heat but keep the water bill in your name but still try to bill them for it.

The issue was the boiler pressure, if there is not enough it is not able to heat the water consistently.Check your boiler (and perhaps under it) and take a look at the pressure gauge.

Ergo I am selling all my units.. like those in the North east that I had and real cold winters I would let them go a few months without paying so they could heat the house  etc etc.So if it was me given this event I would probably give them 60 days at least..
