Gene, what you say is true, but my understanging is, that you can use your own dba, or llc to under, and as for the leads they are consitant as long as your with the franchise, plus it's all a numbers game.

My point is to teach yourself all the essentials that they are not going to teach you in Gen ed or College.Im not saying college is not great for your personal growth, but there are plenty of successful wealthy people in Real Estate that never finished college because what they teach is not necessarily beneficial to your GROWTH.Lastly im going to close it out on the fact that, no matter how educated you get never get ahead of yourself, never act like you know it all.
