I’m working on a business plan and this could be a great lead to help build the team I want have in the future.I heard a quote, not sure where it’s from but it says “ The Most Dangerous Information is What You Don’t Know”You never know what’s right under your nose, so let people know what you’re doing.  

And if you kept contacting me after I asked to be removed from your list, you shouldn't be surprised if I punched you in the nose if we ever met.

The space seems very fractured and hard to find buyers/seller/brokers.Any help would be very helpful!

If you need something to help pinch your nose while you pull the lever -- the whole field stinks, TBH -- clothes pins are super cheap at the dollar store...

On the personal side, you need to keep your nose clean, but as long as the property underwrites/services a debt, one loan per property is not a problem.If you're talking 4 loans for one property, that's a little stickier :)
