@Jay Hinrichs lumber prices have always fluctuated, seen it for the 32 years i have been in construction, i don't worry myself over it, but the end customer may see an increase. it's just the government playing their games as usual, and i know lumber yards have been raising their prices a little but i do not think it will be a big hit to the prices. prices right now are the same as they were in 2013.

Taxes/insurance don't tend to fluctuate tremendously. 

It will fluctuate up and down and it has about a zillion factors that will make this go up or down. 

It all started from 4 guys networking on BP and wanting to take action...since then it has fluctuated to +/- 25 members.  

Airbnb might show income but fluctuating vs fixed income when doing regular tenant, as far as the lend r is concerned.

In South Africa as a foreigner you can get up to a 50% loan and the interest rates are high....around 10%plus and the rates fluctuate.
