We've seen the rental market soften here in the greater SD area as whole, prices may continue to soften towards the end of the year. 

I think the unsuccessful and struggling units who have not jumped ship yet will continue to do so, leading to less supply, increasing demand, and a better year for the successful units. 

You learn a lot about real estate and get exposure to a lot quickly, most big firms will pay for you to get your RE license as well.best of luck with CONTINUING your real estate journey!  

Networking plays a crucial role in this industry and remember to keep learning continuously.

They have noted who they invested with and several of these sponsors used to be huge contributors to a BP and now have gone completely dark on their investors or but continue to pump out podcast episodes and speaking engagements… So my question is: is it that bad out there in the syndication space?

I think they will continue to see success in their niche but they should be careful about letting these issues become too commonplace.  

If you have a good relationship then they would be willing to answer questions but if you are just going to ask a bunch of questions they won't continue to answer.

There's also free services for tenants to pay their rent online which include some light accounting features.

On top of the extension, we had to continuously ask over and over, and over for updates. 

All you have to do is look at the better business bureau complaints and the continuous instances of predatory billing practices to know how much they care about their customers.The 5 star reviews are a sham.
