If you have substantial personal assets, or cash flow and/or equity to protect, or other reasons to fear litigation, you'll also want asset protection.

So your fear that they are trying to sell it to one of their own clients is unfounded. 

The no evictions ever is because if someone has been through the process, they aren't scared of it anymore, and the fear factor is huge leverage in getting a non-paying tenant out before having to invest in what can easily be a 4+ month process here.

The idiots who sell off their shares because of fear will never gain wealth.

Bottom line, it has been a fear since they attached a wheel to a cart and replaced the people carrying stuff.   

I've sort of ignored those I've seen posted as I fear it's just going to be a bunch of people in a room asking if starting an LLC and building a team is a good first step. 

Not like Analysis Paralysis (although I experience that as well sometimes), but more of a fear of the unknown I guess.
