As I understand it, if a person is a licensed agent acting in a facilitator capacity and the referral fee for a capital introduction is incidental to brokerage activity (buying or selling real estate) the agent is not acting as an unregistered finder or broker dealer.

It seems they have no motivation to get this done quickly, and they don't care that half of our home is destroyed and we are living in poor conditions.More than anything we just want the repairs made, but if the weeks keep adding up, we also would like compensation for the HOA's/insurance company's inability to facilitate the repairs.
