Referral Fee for Capital Introduction

Good Morning BP!

I am working on a couple of acquisitions in Charlotte and a broker has offered to introduce me to an investor who is interested in coming in on the deals.   The broker wants to know how much I am willing to compensate him for the introduction if the investor comes in on the deal.   Important to note that this broker is not brokering the acquisitions.  He's a local broker I am working other deals with.

Any of the experienced sponsors willing to share how they compensate brokers for capital introductions?

Thanks in Advance!
