Becoming a real estate investor has its up and downs, it's risks and rewards, and of course the potential of living a life where I have the opportunity of owning my time and energy; by this I mean, eventually I will not be working a 9 to 5 job where I am constantly following repetitive task day in and out, and where I do not have the freedom to express my self and creativity.

I saw a deal on groupon through agent express that I can purchase to study on becoming an agent.

NOt sure if the TK community expresses that clearly in their marketing or not.. so I just wanted to mention as I experienced it as well...

We developed a friendship, and though I was still going through the legal issues surrounding my divorce at the time, I became aware that their children had little interest in the property, and I expressed interest in one day purchasing the property from them should they like to sell in the future. 

Apparently, bond markets only needed a day to express that anxiety as today has been extra calm by comparison.
