I know there are a couple of Bay Area start-ups (like Point) that are trying to empower homeowners to sell fractional portions of their homes.  

Nothing against the Philippians, but the employees are not qualified or empowered to solve any issues.

Coupled with a confusing home life and I deserted this side of me for what I believed other people said I should be.Fast forward to when I found bigger pockets and I've begun to meet and become reacquainted with the dreamer, the artist, the creator of great things.

For me, empowering my agent has been useful.

I would listen to the podcast though—I would love to empower people to have great housing in expensive areas. 

Interesting.Africa has markets with potential too...smaller yes but affordable housing from empowered consumers.As governments put in infrastructure, picking sites/lots in the path of development.
