Investment Info:Mobile home buy & hold investment.

This would be more of a multi-family buy and hold play. 

If you hold for 2 years then sell, I feel very strongly that you will do well. 

Please come down and see me and let talk about real estate.My plan now is looking for buy and hold and flips.If your 100% motivated for REI just like i am, come down and meet me.

This demographic is projected to keep increasing over time, so I would do whatever you can to hold onto this property (ie cash flow well).Furnishing 700 sqft with PB or West Elm (you and my wife would get along great, Bonnie) won't be price-prohibitive and well worth the cost.

However I am still on hold with them other than that they do say the fee they will charge which is 5.90 for me.

I'm someone who does well with coaching and direction so trying to piece things together on my own has kept my investing journey in a hold pattern of learning.  

I am in the middle of finishing 2 flips there and have 2 long term Holds there as well.
