If unemployment continues to tick upwards into the 4 and 5%, I would imagine the Fed considers a rate cut by end of 2023.The Fed was already embarrassed by how wrong they got "transitory" inflation; they're not screwing around now, every communication they've made since March has indicated that they're taking it seriously and will continue hammering away. 

My philosophy is 'you don't know till you ask' when it comes to buying properties on market, I've helped clients buy or personally bought some killer deals recently on market, you just have to know what to look for and not be embarrassed to offer low. 

It's embarrassing, and it's a good way to make sure your buyers delete your emails before looking at them. 

It’s rather shameful and embarrassing.

I felt like a failure, and I was embarrassed.  

Some folks are just plain embarrassed to have their home on the market because they do not want to show the world how they live.

They are afraid to ask questions or don't want to get embarrassed when they face something they don't know, don't let that stop you from getting started.

Absolutely right :)   I didn't want to say anything in the beginning post because a lot of men are uncomfortable/embarrassed by that sort of thing.

I've been renting for years and am embarrassed to admit how much I've spent that way. 

I appreciate the feedback and you also probably saved me the embarrassment of throwing unnecessary paperwork into my binder!
