After stain goes down buff floor with maroon buffing pad (not blue or red, way to rough). seal coat floor then    buff with 150 grit screen disk, seal coat again 150 grit again (clean dust between all buffs, tack tags!).

"I'm not sure whats left in this tape....see if you can find any value"....you know to expect a mixed bag of secured and unsecured, deeply underwater BK13, demolished, significant back taxes, tax sales etc etc.
