I will repeat a quote that I have heard, "A goal that isn't set with a deadline is called a dream." 

I would persuade you to waive the dream house now and continue on your reinvestment path.  

I have RE dreams in mind for myself and family, thus I am finishing what I started many years ago.  

This may appear to be a lofty goal but I am hoping with some advice from all of you and hard work I can accomplish this dream.
