This place needs color and interesting distractions.

Since I didn't have anything like BP to guide me, and I was sitting on tons of equity, I had the bright idea to get a cash-out refi and buy a business, which was supposedly extremely profitable.Long story short, after I bought the business, I found out that the seller had previously sold the business to another company, and a massive lawsuit resulted between everyone involved, which pretty much wiped me out because of the legal fees and distractions from the lawsuit.

People will procreate and want to have some leisure time and distractions.

The more you can distract a potential buyer from the traffic the better.

Obtaining your real estate license is a good thing to do eventually, but if you do it when you are starting out, it will be a distraction.  

I came to this forum to introduce myself and got distracted and excited when I saw that Rick is from Monroeville.

It is easy to get distracted by different things throughout life, but this is another true passion of mine that I have come to find out.

Real estate investing and selling are just about the same ( though I'm not sure about yellow letters yet).Don't get distracted by new, shiny things.
