Hello and thank you for introducing me to your wonderful website. I've been interested in real estate since 2008 when I watched an infomercial at 2 am. Granted I realize there was a lot of hype to that infomercial but it peaked my interest enough to do some research. I was on track for a bit until my father passed away and I got a little distracted. Recently I've been focused on pushing forward with my investing goals. I've completed the 90 hours of real estate agent classes and still have to complete the exams. I don't exactly know how I'm going to do it, but I intend to get the $671 I need for the exam and registration before August (the deadline).

My goal is to invest in enough real estate that I can make enough passive income to survive and take care of my son. I realize that real estate investments can give me a lot of money, but I really just want to succeed. I look forward to meeting some new people with experience that can give me solid advice to follow. I'm open minded to learning for sure. I want to be successful.
