It has nothing to do with discipline.  

There are several other areas you can focus on and make good money doing if you're ambitious and disciplined enough to follow through on them.

There are lots of assumptions to get a 7.2% return, and it would be hard and disciplined work to get the 7.2%.  

But most people myself included don’t have the discipline to do that and like the idea of having free and clear assets just as much as 100 units.

She was early to the showing, her kids seemed disciplined, and she left small clues that she would take care of the place well.

If you can commit to reigning in lifestyle costs, you will be well served.I think there is an additional discipline you gain from a strong foundation in personal finance: an eye for value.

Your debts aren't huge, so the odds are good that you could pay them off with some planning and discipline before you miss out of any major moves in your area.Best of luck!

I have a degree completely unrelated to RE, but going to school and working at the same time taught me discipline and how to produce results and present them in a way that others wanted to see them, rather than just doing everything the way I thought it should be done.

Me for example, I just work extra and have the discipline to simply save up 20k for the down payment my 1st Deal and keep it very simple since then.
