A lot of great info to read through and digest!

I've found their policy premiums to not only be really competitive in the marketplace, but they are really clean and easy to digest when you're analyzing the material.

I'm still digesting the fact that lawyers are not used for real estate transactions in the Bay Area. 

On the market is affiliated with BiggerPockets and always has great guests and topics relevant to the current market, and BP Daily is great for something quick and easy to digest (5 min average) with your morning coffee. 

This is pretty awesome...if you're interested let connect I have some ideas that would fit similar to this just not the skill set to action....There's some tweaks to this that would help you digest and make use of tons of info out there to make efficient use as your target your first property.

There are a lot of people on BP only too willing to help out but most would pass on your post so they can move on to something shorter than can easily digest. 

Coupled with the foundation of knowledge built from the books and podcasts I have been digesting for the past years, I knew that the numbers worked and I just needed to trust my eyes.Eventually the big day came and I was reborn a real estate investor.I will admit, Negative Nancy was in the back of my skull kicking and screaming the entire time.I guess the point to this rambling is to say you know what you know.

I am interested in their funding option.However, as a new investor I have read, researched my market and different funding options as much as I can while trying to digest it all.

Actually it's there, but many love the internet because it gives them quick answers to questions they have, but those answers are usually the "readers Digest" versions...and as a result, incomplete. 

That's a lot to digest there but I'm going to dig into all of that some more.
