That is just not realistic.To illustrate this.. lets run this experiemtn.Imagine me giving 4000 people, that same list of 2000 contacts... what your claim then states... that pretty much 4000 people will all make a deal from 2000 leads.So 2 different people make a deal from ONE single house.So that too is proven wrong.So the way THEY told you that claim is completely wrong, and logically impossible.

I won't go into a lot of detail here, but I was forced to foreclose on three properties in Baltimore with three different borrowers. 

That’s a far more realistic path to identifying a market you’d be comfortable operating in, which is inherently different based on the goals you’ve written down (or are about to write down after reading this). 

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

If you are broke and trying to quit your job asap, the answer will be much different than what an acceptable answer would be for a professional investor who is a multimillionaire.

Anyone serious about selling their house will be instantly attracted tho this website because it is different than all the standard sites out there, it has personality, and character and it looks amazing.

But each REIT has different strategies and goals.

Given you and your investor both have experience in different areas, I’d say keep a flexible approach and compare city requirements before putting too much money down.

I still have a sizable rental portfolio but have been investing in real estate syndications in a multitude of different operators.
