I would avoid Disney area right now as it is very difficult, especially in that price range.The Tampa area 100% can deliver those returns.

As I have begun to push back more, I have discovered just how many professionals take short cuts, over sell and under deliver and/or convey inaccurate information. 

There is no system that will deliver you a consistent stream of highly-motivated leads and if there was, it would cost more than you want to spend.Most leads are not as bad as people think.

They are built into successful companies only by delivering a valuable service to investors, who come back for more of the valuable service as all parties prosper.

I know nothing about the company but their promises sound like what most others offer and what few deliver.
