We have 3 good sized (legit) offices in the home (my wife claims 2 of them) & my wife has another 30 mins away (my daughter commandeered mine at this location).

I'm in Austin visiting my daughter and her family for the Thanksgiving Holiday and I'm amazed at what's happening here what with companies like Apple and Google moving into the area.In fact my son-in-law moved here from OC, Cali because his Executive Search firm all but demanded it due to his high tech CEO, CFO, CEE job requests in the Austin area.

My daughter had the pleasure of taking over a 5-plex we found for her.All units were well below mkt rents in shabby condition, (hence the great price she got it) & one unit had been vacant for 3 years because of very poor PM.The intro letters went out & she quickly assessed who of the inherited tenants had to go.A year later she only has one of the inherited tenants left & after some rehab the rents for the new tenants have been increased significantly.

Focusing in the DuPage county area.My daughter and I have formed an LLC to do business in.Initial focus will be through Wholesaling; with a goal to do some rehabbing flip's in 2016.

The only challenge was they mostly speak Spanish, but they brought their daughter to translate.

My time with my daughter (6) is precious to me and I try not to miss any event she's involved in.  

My and my wife's parents are here and we have a 13 year old daughter that wants to graduate from the school that she attends.

Long story short after finding rules and laws for beneficiaries on reverse mortgages I bought my dad's home and moved my dad's next door neighbors daughter and her husband.
