From speaking to others in town I do see an interest in / need  for 10,,000 - 12,000  sq ft units for industrial / warehouse sites for sale and for lease . almost like Industrial Mini Storeage space .The Bldg has 6 shipping / receiving Dock Doors along with a 14 ft wide drive up ramp that door is also 14 ft tall so you could literally drive a tractor trailer inside if need be My thinking !

The shipping was around $100 I believe.

Huge infux of jobs.. think Boeing ( I think they may be around for a while) Mercedes benz  ( same thing)  Now Volvo   14 hotels under constructions to the tune of almost 4 billion.. cruise lines making this an embarkation debarkation destination. plus the 2nd most poplular tourist town on the whole southern East coast second only to Orlando.How the Heck can you go wrong. 

Even Amazon has a lot of parts and that's where I usually end up buying them because of Prime shipping. 

Make sure to have Vonage device shipped to you first and then you ship it to them in philli (Vonage won't ship directly to Phillipines).

Is anyone on BP renting out shipping containers as self storage with any success?
