A couple things:Personally, I loathe the arbitrage model.

A couple of awesome class A paid of rentals will be a great investment and retirement strategy for most. 

Then a couple of the more maverick attorneys felt that the legislation was a little loose and that you could continue assigning as long as your went about it very delicately.

@Joe Gettler, I don't have great data b/c she just helped them for a couple of months, but I think it's just under $4K a month for a nice 2 bedroom in a good location.

I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast for a couple of months now and I am learning so much but still in the beginning stages of learning how to jump in to real estate investing.

I want to upgrade my house up a notch in the couple years and get a couple little extras like that.  

Short of coming here and meeting face to face with them and come to a couple local REIA events to discuss, for those who are remote I would suggest getting into some of the NE Ohio REIA facebook groups to get some advice from locals.   

Id definitely allot yourself an extra couple weeks though for your calculations.

I am currently studying to get my real estate license in the state of PA and plan on buying my first investment property in the next couple months.
