The house in Idaho was a 3-bath 4 bedroom and the tenant destroyed every plumbing fixture, the kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer and the $32,000 cost was with my personally doing the work with one employee.So!!!

The surface on the old countertops has worn through to the substrate. 

This would include new cabinets, countertops, floors, bathroom vanities, paint, etc.Thank you!

When we turn the property over here are a few things we look for:Proper gutters, splash blocks and downspouts.Tree and/or tree limb removal away from the house and off the roof.Conduct an HVAC assessment.Re-caulk any wet areas as necessary (toilet, shower, countertops, etc)Remove garbage disposals.

New floors, new windows, exterior window trim, fascia, soffit and porch rail paint, new counter tops, kitchen backsplash, new light fixtures, interior paint, new HVAC system, new attic insulation, new water heater, washer and dryer, and finished out the lower bonus room with sheetrock and texture.

I still need to finish the following: countertops, landscaping, flooring and paint.

I'd never install granite countertops in a rental.
