He tells you to contact brokers in the area of the property & try to get them to find you a tenant within 2 weeks while you have the property tied up.The problem with that is the brokers will tell you they can't help you if you don't actually own the property.

I'm regularly in contact with owners considering a 1031 into NNN, the yield is lower but maybe less stress. 

We meet every month, and are in constant contact with these individuals, in business relationships going a lot deeper than that.The second way is to contact a large group of people with the understanding that only a few will result in “deals”.

Since your a hands on person and have contractor contacts.  

I recommend starting by contacting the county’s property tax office to determine if they are open to discussing or reviewing an appeal for property taxes.

I contacted Zillow about this issue but received no response.
